FIVE Condos are being developed by Graywood, MOD,and Five St.Joseph Developments. What’s most unique about this project is the restoration project going on at its base, which we reported on a little while ago. Ground-level heritage buildings are being restored and then incorporated into the overall condominium project. These buildings will house new retail units.

Below are a few recent images from the demolition that has been taking place over the past few months. To be clear, none of the structures that were demolished were considered heritage buildings. Rather, they were adjacent buildings constructed much later.
